DEPOSITS REQUIRED

• Two months rent in deposit and the first month’s rent upfront, e.g for a one bedroom flat, it would be  R4 900 x 3 = R14 700.
• The administration fee is R500.
  Leases are for 12 months with an option to renew, and are usually between the student's parent/guardian and the estate agent.
